FOR OUR CURRENT AUCTIONS: CLICK HERE!

If any item here is currently up for auction on eBay, it is NOT available for set-sale here until the auction period has concluded, JUST IN CASE i forgot to remove the listing during its auction period.

IMPORTANT: before diving into the music, please take a moment to scan the preface notes below. It explains all the abbreviations we use in describing what's on sale, and we'd like you to know the guide IS here if you need a translation on any abbreviations we use. Basically, we use the Goldmine codes, so if you know those, you're good to go!

INTRODUCTION:

The general rule of thumb i always use when collecting is this sage advice from "Goldmine":
WHEN YOU ARE OFFERED A RECORD FOR WHICH YOU'VE BEEN ACTIVELY SEARCHING FOR MORE THAN FIVE YEARS, DO NOT ARGUE WITH THE PRICE....PAY IT! If you don't, the corollary is you may not see it again for another 5 years, AND it will cost even more.

That said....

If you consider any set sale price here to be too high, e-mail us privately with an INFORMED (but non-insulting) counter offer and hey, y'never know: perhaps we can work something out. My definition of an informed counter-offer includes things like: "all these trax are on CD now" (tho that doesn't necessarily devalue the vinyl version), OR "it regularly eBays for $uch-&-such". Get the picture? Don't just lowball me for the sake of it. With all the work involved: finding, cleaning, grading, researching prices, typing up the listing, doing the html code, let a brotha MAKE a few bucks! Despite the work, I still think this is a lot of fun. I want to keep things fairly priced, but with enough profit to make it a pleasurable experience for both of us. :)

TERMS/ABBREVIATIONS:
All items are new and touched ONLY by me, unless otherwise specified.
Most of the terms below are obvious, but just in case:

CD = the compact disc.
LP = the vinyl album.
2CD/2LP/etc.= double cd, double LP, etc.
CD 1/LP 2/etc.= the artist's first cd, the artist's second album, and so on.
S/T = self-titled album (ie. the first Gun album is called "Gun", etc.).
Mono & Stereo are self-explanatory, BUT "stereo" (in quotes) = simulated stereo.

-----

Grading:

SS = STILL SEALED, shrinkwrapped, unopened.

NEW = open but brand new product. Untouched since its' release date. We got many orders/boxes over the years that sat unopened and untouched and we're JUST NOW getting to them!

MINT = open and perhaps played, but in perfect shape, like new.

NM = slight noticeable wear, otherwise same as Mint.

VG+ = not perfect but not far from it. Light paperscuffs and inaudible light scratches are ok.

VG = used but not abused. Perhaps some surface noise but not enough to ruin the listening experience.

GOOD = does NOT mean bad! Perhaps surface noise and loss of vinyl lustre, but it plays ok and worth a shot.
Personally, i'd RATHER take a chance on an unknown group via a lower-condition copy. If i dislike the music, it didn't cost a fortune to find that out.

Codes used in describing an item:

CC = cut corner
DJ = promo copy, usually white label
HOL = holepunch on label
PS = picture sleeve
SOC = sticker on cover
SOL = sticker on label
SR = slight ringwear on cover
TOC = tape on cover
TOL = tear on label
WOC = writing on cover
WOL = writing on label

WNIA = a great radio station in Western New York during the 60's and 70's!
OK. Ignore that last goofy one. I hate "codes" too! Just wanted to point that out. Go look at records now!
